for Leon High School PTO! 
 

The Leon High School PTO is an integral part of the Leon High School family.  We encourage parents to get involved with the PTO which coordinates and oversees school-wide events and activities.  The PTO sponsors many events and programs throughout the school year.

2007-2008 NEWS!

NEXT PTO MEETING -- Wednesday, February 20, 2008, 11:30AM in the conference room of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Big Bend.  Feel free to bring your lunch.  Beverages will be provided.  BBBS is located on East Tennessee Street, across the street from the Leon tennis courts.  Ample parking is available.   

Congratulations to the Fall Semester Recipients fo the Lions' Pride Award -- These outstanding students are: Earl Maurice Clayton, Thanh Ha, Antwoine Lee,  Claire Moore, Kathryn Pobjecky, Heather Taylor, Marcus Walker, Jarek Whiteside, Paul Michael "PJ" Williford, Arvil "Ben" Williams and Viviana Yanez.

VOLUNTEER -- We need YOU to be a part of what is happening at Leon.  The PTO can make a difference in continuing the tradition of excellence at Leon High School.  Please volunteer! 

 

All Leon volunteers must have an updated District Volunteer Application and Leon Volunteer Opportunities form on file.  Even if a volunteer has completed a District Volunteer Application for another Leon County School, Leon High School must have one on file as well.  These two forms were mailed out in the large white envelope that you should have received a few weeks ago from the PTO, and they are in the Main Office.
